We are excited to be hosting a welcome & welcome back picnic at The Fly for all Tulane Freeman Graduate students on September 11th from 5:30-6:30pm! Our theme: Silly Hats. The silliest hat fo all will get a prize: an even sillier hat! Just kidding. You are going to like the prize.

With COVID safety regulations in mind, are goal is to host a socially distant, safe outdoor event with individually packaged food included. We will be providing each RSVP a sandwich or salad, chips, cookie, and a water bottle. Our capacity limit is a strict 25 people, so RSVPing early will be crucial.

This event is free for paid club members, and just $10 for other Freeman Graduate students (including males). Bring your own blanket and any other food or beverages that you would like, and we will provide the rest!
