Let's celebrate the first week of classes and start the semester off with healthy habits, fresh air and a free kombucha! On Tuesday, August 24 at 5:30 PM, all are welcome to join in community for a grounding and empowering yoga flow to get your body moving and clear your mind. Beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners will receive direction from the instructor to create poses that work for their individual level. Yoga classes will be held regularly at 5:30 pm at Audubon Park (corner of St. Charles and Walnut St.) every Tuesday.
