Yoga for Downtown Graduate and PhD Students

Feeling stressed about upcoming finals. Join us for a 60-minute yoga session to stretch, breathe, and decompress. This class will be led by Lauren from The Well for Health Promotion, a certified yoga teacher. It will include mindful movements and guided breathing, helping to release physical tension and promote mental relaxation.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. Just wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in. If you have a yoga mat, please bring one. If you don't, there will be 3 extras available.
