Treat yourself and stretch outdoors. The all-levels yoga class will focus on mindful movement, meditation, stretching and relaxation. After class, all participants are invited to build their own S’more with a perfectly roasted marshmallow from our firepits. Meet new people and learn about more opportunities to get involved with Outdoor Adventures and Fitness & Wellness. All participants must bring a yoga mat or towel for class.
