Faculty Grading Break

At the end of each semester CELT hosts Faculty Grading Breaks to reward you for all your hard work. Past events have featured crepes and gelletes from Crepes Rendezvous, wine or champagne, and massage chairs. They are a great way to socialize, eat, and relax during the often stressful grading period at the end of the semester.

Road to Change Town Hall

Join March for Our Lives - NOLA as they host the National group on campus for an open conversation about gun control in New Orleans. The Parkland students have been traveling around the country engaging in conversations about how to keep the movement alive and moving toward real change.

Grants & Budget Workshop

Are you interested in getting a grant to support your summer internship, research, etc? This is the session for you. Come learn from the people that review grants and budgets to ensure you submit strong applications. This event is being hosted by NCI, NTC, Taylor Center, and the Stone Center. 

Newcomb Mondays

Come over to the NCI House (7025 Freret St.) anytime between 12:30-1:30 PM to have lunch and meet fellow students and NCI staff. This program is open to all students, and students are also welcomed and encouraged to study at the NCI House anytime we are open. Food will be supplied until it runs out. For finals week, there will be extended hours for a craft study break. 

Fifth Annual NOLA Bluedoo

The 2018 NOLA Bluedoo party/walk/run is a two-mile benefit race, being held in conjunction with the New Orleans Track Club, on Tulane University's Uptown Campus.  Funds raised via sponsorships, party passes and a silent auction will benefit Tulane Cancer Center's Prostate Cancer Research Program.  The two-mile route begins and ends at Tulane's Gibson Quad.  It will take walkers and runners on a tour across Tulane's Uptown campus.  But you don't have to walk or run in order to enjoy Bluedoo.  It's also a celebration of prostate cancer survivorship.  Guests will enjoy fantastic before- and af
