The ¡Salud! workshop series aims to build community and provide a safe space for Latinx students to explore living a good life at Tulane. Sometimes students experience homesickness and stress related to being
identified with Latinx culture, whether as a first generation American or being new to the country.

The workshop series will focus on self care, connecting with others, and developing stress reduction techniques based on mindfulness. Students are invited to drop in without feeling pressured to attend every week, and there is no need to register with CAPS.
