Navigating law school can be difficult at times and the added stress and anxiety that comes from the responsibilities of law school can become overwhelming and create problems in various parts of our lives. If you are experiencing such issues or if you are looking to create some change in your everyday life, then please consider attending some or all of the CAPS Law School Workshops.

Students are invited to drop in without feeling pressured to attend every week, and there is no need to register with CAPS.

New students, let us help you get acclimated to Tulane!

Get Connected is a 4-week semi-structured workshop series for students who recently joined the Tulane University family including Spring Scholars, international students and transfer students. Focus will be given on helping students acclimate to the University and the city of New Orleans, connect with campus partners who can assist students to adjust to their new environment, and creating a space for engagement with other new students. Join us as we collectively work to build a community of continued support.

We will be reserving a Tulane vehicle to drive people to LSU Vet School's open house in Baton Rouge. The event is from 9AM to 3PM, though we will not likely spend the whole time there. This is a great opportunity to see a vet school and talk to current students!

Join Tulane's Residence and Housing Association, eat pizza while mingling and networking with some of our student organizations. Some of these are Tulane Emergency Medical Services (TEMS), Preprofessional Fraternities, Undergraduate Student Government, and some of our very RHA members.

Please join us for an opening reception for Tulane University Special Collections new exhibit, Where We Stand: Zines from New Orleans.

An exhibit featuring zines from Tulane University Special Collections, Newcomb Archives, Amistad Research Center, and private collectors and creators.

Tulane University Special Collections Gallery, 2nd Floor Jones Hall, 6801 Freret Street, New Orleans, LA 70118. (504) 865-5685. Open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.

Drop in each Thursday and develop a habit of self care with a weekly chair massage.

Did you know more than 2/3 of Tulane students consume 0 to 4 drinks with they socialize? Join The Well, student organizations, and campus partners on January 22nd to learn about some awesome alternatives! We'll have snacks, activities, giveaways, and some awesome raffle prizes from local fitness studios (City Surf, Orangetheory, and Live Oak Yoga to name a few!). For more information, keep an eye on the Campus Health Instagram (@tucampushealth).
