DEA Take Back 2022, April 30th, 10:00 AM - 2 PM

In an attempt to prevent unwanted prescription drugs from ending up in the wrong hands, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will be teaming up with several law enforcement agencies across the country for 2022 DEA Take Back Initiative, which allows individuals to anonymously submit unwanted prescription drugs. The drug collection is monitored by Law Enforcement Officials and it is weighed and collected by the DEA for proper destruction. The TUPD will host (3) collection points from 10:00 AM - 2 PM on Saturday April, 30, 2022.

Tulane Day of Action/Wear Teal Day

The first Tuesday of every April is SAAM Day of Action. The Day of Action is an opportunity to start off the month with highly visible and coordinated actions. Chances are someone in your life is a survivor of sexual assault, even if they have never shared their story with you. Show your support for survivors of sexual harassment by wearing teal - the color of sexual violence prevention - on April 5th and post a selfie to Instagram using #SAAM2022.
