Trans Day of Remembrance Second Line

Trans Day of Remembrance is the day we honor the lives and accomplishments of the transgender individuals who we have lost in the past year due to anti-trans violence. To honor the loss and celebrate their lives, the Tulane and Loyola University communities are holding a joint event. Loyola will be facilitating a sendoff and second line on their campus, with the parade moving to Tulane and ending at the Josephine Louise Ballroom on Tulane's campus. There will be a reception following the second line with a memorial/alter space and food. We invite you to come gather with our community to remember these amazing people and be in their presence.
