CryptoParty: Strengthen Your Digital Privacy Toolkit Workshop

It’s easy to find a list of tools to boost your digital privacy; it’s harder to evaluate and choose the right tools for your situation, then install and troubleshoot them. This informal workshop will offer attendees handouts and hands-on assistance with virtual private networks (VPNs), password managers, secure messaging, and anonymous web browsing. Scenarios involving personal devices and border crossing, vulnerable research subjects, online dating and shopping will contextualize these tools.
