How can global citizens engage in meaningful conversations around the coronavirus?

COVID-19, (the novel coronavirus) is a global concern that has mobilized public health professionals, clinicians, and scientists around the globe. Not only has the disease infected people around the world but it has also impacted global economies, entered everyday conversations, and has induced international hysteria. What can an everyday global citizen do?

Through this interactive workshop, which will use tenets of design thinking – empathy, optimism, and brainstorming, participants will get the opportunity to interact with experts, enthusiastic learners, and newbies to build community, identify the facts, establish common knowledge on the pandemic and co-create engagement strategies to tackle misinformation.

The event is free but requires registration via Eventbrite.
