Leadership Skills Training with Reagan McKinney

Sponsored by The Office of Multicultural Affairs, this event is a two-day training session hosted by Reagan McKinney. Day 1 on Thursday, October 1 will focus on "Leading Executive Board Meetings" and Day 2 on Friday, October 2 will focus on "Conflict Resolution." The purpose of the trainings is to enhance leadership development for Tulane students who are currently in or plan to apply for executive board positions of Multicultural Organizations.
Reagan McKinney is a junior studying English and Communication. She serves as the current Undergraduate Student Government Executive Vice President and Resident Advisor in Josephine Louise Hall. Reagan has held a multitude of leadership positions, including serving on the Residence Hall Association executive board and community government. Reagan's leadership philosophy is that leadership is the ability to see past yourself and focus on the needs of others.
