In this workshop, we lean in to the journey of anti-racism and identify substantive action steps we can take that de-center whiteness and uplift Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) in our teaching and learning environments. In doing so, we acknowledge the complexities of engaging anti-racist work from our unique and interlocking positionalities of advantage and disadvantage, and develop accountability networks to support us in sustaining our anti-racist teaching and learning efforts to bring alive the beloved community.
