Join us for a focus group where we explore the leadership practices White faculty and staff are ecnouraging to challenge systemic racism and uplift our BIPOC community members. We will have a mix of large group and break-out groups to gather inormation to create a Tulane that affirms and uplifts our BIPOC community members.
