TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. Using TRX Suspension Trainers will be primarily used in the class, along with other functional fitness exercises. Expand your knowledge of training equipment and bodyweight training exercises, with the help of our quick TRX training class. Learn exercises of beginning to advanced levels of TRX training in this 45-minute circuit workout class. Participants will learn how to safely and correctly learn popular exercises from our personal training staff to help them develop a routine of TRW workouts.
