JAUNT to the Saenger Theatre: Shrek the Musical

Jaunt with us to see Shrek the Musical at the historic Saenger Theatre on Sunday, April 21! Transportation to/from the event will be provided. Lunch will not be provided. Please eat lunch before the JAUNT or be prepared to purchase food at the theatre.

And thus begins the tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey and a feisty princess who resists her rescue. Yes, your favorite ogre is back in the hilarious stage spectacle, SHREK – THE MUSICAL. This Tony Award®-winning musical brings all the beloved characters from the Oscar®-winning DreamWorks animated film to life. 

NOTE: THIS EVENT IS OPEN AND FREE TO CURRENT TULANE STUDENTS ONLY.

To secure your spot, use the RSVP feature on the Wavesync event. If all spots fill up, the waitlist feature is available. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee your spot on the JAUNT so please monitor your email. Once you RSVP, you will be notified via email by Jamie Newman, with additional details including meet-up time for transportation. You must respond with your confirmation that you will attend the event in order to guarantee your spot on the JAUNT.

What to bring to the event: Your ticket, a credit/debit card for any individual purchases.

What not to bring: Backpacks or large bags, food and/or drinks

BUS DEPARTURE FROM CAMPUS (outside of PJs Coffee on Freret): 12:20pm sharp (check in for bus will start at 11:50am)

MUSICAL START TIME: 1:00pm

BUS DEPARTURE FROM THE THEATRE: approximately 3:15pm
