Tulane Naval ROTC Battalion Change of Command Ceremony

This change of command ceremony is held at the end of each semester to hand over responsibilities to a new Midshipman Battalion Commander.  This event will be conducted on Berger Family lawn and include the Battalion and Active Duty Staff in uniform (Summer White for this iteration) and include the Color Guard squad.  No outside support is required for this event.
