About the Tulane Center for Brain Health
The Tulane Center for Brain Health was established to address the critical issue of suicide among Veterans. Through its specialized care program, the Center focuses on Veterans with mild to moderate traumatic brain injuries and other conditions that contribute to mental health challenges.
The program, launched in 2020 with support from the Avalon Action Alliance, is modeled on the successful screening and care program developed for athletes at Tulane's Professional Athlete Care Team clinic. Thanks to the generous contributions of the Avalon Action Alliance, the Priddy Family Foundation, the Goldring Family Foundation, and other community partners, the Center provides life-changing care while removing financial and geographical barriers.
As part of the Avalon Action Alliance, the Tulane Center for Brain Health is committed to fostering an environment where Veterans and First Responders can thrive.
Join us to learn more about this vital work and the ongoing mission to improve the lives of Veterans through comprehensive health services, education, and research.
