CIEE Spain Visa Collection Event

This event is intended for students approved to study abroad in Spain with CIEE for Fall 2025.

CIEE Spain Visa Collection Event Details:
Purpose: To submit a completed Spain visa application for the CIEE Houston Batch visa
appointment.
Date: April 14th + 15th
Time: Workshops will take place on the hour between 9 am – 4pm CST. There is no
workshop available between 12pm-1pm.
Where:
• Monday, April 14th in LBC 206 and LBC 208
• Tuesday, April 15th in LBC 208 and  LBC 210

How to Participate in a workshop:
1. Complete the CIEE Spain Visa Navigator Course
2. Prepare your visa application materials following the CIEE Houston Batch checklist
(available in module 3 of the Spain Visa Navigator Course)
a. The checklist/ instructions are also readily available in the visa and
immigration guide in the reading section of your CIEE my account portal.
3. Register to participate in the Spain visa workshop with CIEE ny April 4th

IMPORTANT: On the day of the workshop, you must come with the following
documents already completed!
1. Two Passport Photos, 2’ by 2” (do not cut down to be smaller!)
2. Color Copy of your Tulane Student I.D
3. Color Copy of your Passport Biometrics page
4. United States Postal Service Money Order for $218 USD (if you are a U.S Citizen.
For all other nationalities, please contact us at studyspainvisas@ciee.org) – you can leave the pay to section blank as we will help you fill this out during the workshop!
5. BLS Designation Authorization of Representative document must be notarized!
To find a notary on campus, please visit the Office of the General Counsel’s website. Do not wait until the day before to get this completed! You will likely need to book an appointment to get notary services, so plan accordingly.
