Finding Funding and Grants for Research
This session focuses on how to identify research funding sources—whether they are federal grants, corporate sponsorships, or foundation support. All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend. Participants can expect to:
- Familiarize themselves with platforms available to Tulane affiliates for identifying research funding relevant to their areas of expertise
- Learn how to use specific platforms, such as PIVOT and FDO/Candid
- Learn about literature and benchmarking databases such as Web of Science or Incites to find previously funded research
