Tulane Shuttles & Transportation is excited to offer airport shuttles for students heading out for Thanksgiving break! Please keep the following in mind as you plan your trip:

  • Plan ahead: Book a shuttle that arrives at the airport several hours before your flight.

  • Registration required: Sign up through WaveSync at least 24 hours before your chosen shuttle departure time.

  • Travel time: The ride from Diboll Parking Garage to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport typically takes 60–90 minutes, so please plan accordingly.

  • Boarding: Remember to bring your Splash Card—it’s required to board.

  • Food & drinks: Please note that no food or beverages are allowed on the shuttle.

  • Capacity: Each shuttle time accommodates up to 25 students.
