Spring 2026 Hullabaloo Hello Facilities Requests

Hullabaloo Hello banners: New "Welcome to Tulane" banner across McAlister Way and the Hullabaloo Hello pole banners along McAlister Way. These should currently be in storage. Install by Tuesday, January 6; remove by Monday, January 12.

3 Large A-Frames: locations outside Boggs Hall (near plants/water fountain), Berger Family Lawn grass stage, and outside Devlin Fieldhouse (where McAlister Walkway ends). We've received approval from Marlee Heath in Athletics to utilize the a-frames for spring orientation. Install by Tuesday, January 6; return to Athletics by Monday, January 12. Our plan is to remove the maps from the a-frames on Sunday, January 11th.

LED Board: Placement in Pocket Park facing McAlister Way, same location as fall orientation.We would like to reserve the screen from Tuesday, January 6 through Sunday, January 11, if possible.

Streetcar photo-op installation:Stronghold Studios will install the streetcar photo-op on the Berger Family Lawn grass stage on Tuesday, January 6 and remove it on Friday, January 9. Can we get the bollards lowered on Tuesday, January 6 so that Stronghold can enter McAlister Way and install the streetcar?
