Feeling tired? Want to learn how to get better sleep? We get it! College makes sleep hard enough! Swing by The Well’s monthly Sleep Pop Ups to pick up easy tips, free sleep supplies, and ask practical questions about improving your rest. No lectures, no judgment. Just a spot to start building a sleep routine! This month, we’re focusing on how alcohol and other substances impact your sleep. Come hang out, chat with Well staff, and make a fun “sleepy” mocktail while you learn!
