IRB Application Workshop

The Public Health Doctoral Students (PHDS) organization, in collaboration with the Office of Research, invites doctoral students to an IRB Application Workshop designed to support students at all stages of the research process.

This workshop will cover IRB fundamentals, practical tips and common pitfalls in IRB submissions, and guidance specific to dissertation and student-led research. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarity on navigating the IRB process with confidence.

Whether you are preparing your first IRB application, revising an existing protocol, or planning ahead for dissertation research, this session will provide useful tools and insights to streamline the process.

Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees.
