As Black students and aspiring professionals preparing to enter the workforce, we often face unique challenges regarding authenticity and professional norms. We believe that by bringing our organizations together, we can host a more impactful conversation that serves the diverse interests of the Black community here at Tulane, from engineering and law to business and beyond.
This will be an interactive workshop and open discussion focused on navigating professionalism while staying authentic. Our conversation will tie directly into the Black professional experience, covering:
