Untapping Potential, Unleashing Possibility, and Building Community - LEIR Spring 2026

This workshop will be an overview of basic definitions of leadership, distinctions between leadership and followership, starting with why and so much more. This workshop provides the opportunity to discover the six “simple” steps to making the most out of college leadership learning. This workshop could be good for undergraduate students staring their leadership learning journeys, administrators who work with new students in a leadership learning context, faculty and staff who teach undergraduate students in leadership workshop and beyond.
