Tulane Pride 2026 invites faculty, students, and staff to experience storytelling as community, memory, and celebration. Rooted in this year’s Threaded TUgether theme, the program centers LGBTQIA+ storytelling traditions, history, and contributions as shaped by New Orleans and its cultural landscape.

The day begins with a dynamic conversation featuring Quinn Bishop, founder of Queer Underground Tours, and Dr. Anneliese Singh, exploring how queer histories are carried through walking tours, digital spaces, and lived, embodied practices. From there, participants will move into a hands-on zine workshop in partnership with Tulane Libraries, creating personal pieces that reflect their identity, imagination, and community in a space designed for both connection and quiet creativity.

The program concludes with a shared lunch, live local music, and a celebratory atmosphere, offering space to gather, reflect, and honor the stories that connect Tulanians across experiences.

Tulane Pride 2026 creates an environment where storytelling becomes a way to build community, deepen understanding, and celebrate the many ways we are threaded together.
