Judeo-Christian Studies Public Lecture:"What Can the Hebrew Bible Teach America?"

Jonathan Silver is Senior Director at the Tikvah Fund and Executive Director of the Jewish Leadership Conference. After his undergraduate studies in Classics at Tufts University and Master's program in Jewish Civilization at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, he obtained a PhD in Political Science and Government from Georgetown University, with a dissertation entitled "Unto Thy Children's Children: Lockean Freedom and the Hebraic Horizons of Society and Self."

Dr. Silver hosts the Tikvah Podcast on "Great Jewish Essays and Ideas" as well as "Kikar: Conversations in the Jewish Public Square." He oversees Tikvah's library of Online Courses along with other educational programs and publications.
