CELT Brown Bag: Faculty Focused Learning Needs Assessment

The purpose of the Learning and Organizational Development Department is to build a foundation for a learning culture by focusing on enhancing competencies and behaviors needed to support Tulane’s mission and key objectives. The first step in building a culture of learning is to identify opportunities where faculty can develop skills and knowledge. This includes a review of current learning programs and the development of new programs that better align with your needs. Thus, it is important for us to solicit your input. This Brown Bag will be an excellent opportunity for faculty to be part of this initiative from the ground up.
