Writing for Biomedical Publication: The Introduction and Discussion

Dr. Papasian served as chair of the Department of Biomedical Sciences from 1998 to 2017. He currently serves as an Editor for mSphere, a journal published by the American Society for Microbiology (ASM), and has continuously served as an Editor or Editorial Board member for ASM journals since 1996. Dr. Papasian has received multiple teaching awards, and the UMKC-SOM established the ‘Christopher Papasian Excellence in Teaching Award’ in his honor upon his retirement in 2017.
