Corporate & Securities Roundtable

Tulane Law Professor Ann Lipton annually gathers corporate and securities scholars from around the country to explore changes in the industry following Tulane's Corporate Law Institute March 14-15. At this year's Roundtable March 16, from 8:30 to 5 p.m., more than a dozen scholars from around the country will discuss women in mergers and accquistions, the role of shareholder votes in mergers and acquisitions, mandatory shareholder disclosures and securities enforcement, among other relevant topics. Scholars hail from UC Davis, Duke,  Fordham, Columbia, Georgetown and Vanderbuilt, in addition to Tulane Law scholars.
