Mind-Body Yoga

NAMI On-Campus will be hosting a mind-body yoga event for students on Tulane’s campus. Our event aims provide a safe space in which students may connect with themselves to feel comfortable and at home in their bodies. We hope to help students de-stress and relax, as well as give them a space to move and form a healthy relationship with their bodies and exercise without judgement.

Sex After Dark

Join the TUPHEs and the Well for Health Promotion for Sex After Dark. Have questions about sex and want answers from a more reliable source than Google? Anonymously ask local sex educators, Hope Kodman and Nico Darling, any and all questions about everything sex. Live closed-captioning will be provided. 

One Love Foundation Tabling

Raise your awareness on healthy and unhealthy relationships by stopping by the One Love Foundation Tabling! Help yourself to informational pamphlets on relationships, seeking and implementing help for yourself, and how to help a friend, along with available resources. Pick up condoms for safer sex and cup condoms, the popular safer drinking accessory!

Mardi Gras Kick Off

The Mardi Gras Kick Off is an outdoor resource fair where students can stop by and learn strategies to keep healthy and safe during Mardi Gras season. While engaging with thTese activities, students will be able to pick up a Mardi Gras fanny pack containing carnival season essentials. 

TU & You - Campus Health: Guide to Office Resources, Best Mental Health Practices, and How to Reduce Stress

Campus Health's high-quality medical, counseling, and health promotion services are designed to help you get better (or stay well) so that you can minimize disruptions and discomforts due to injury and illness. Come meet staff members and learn about the services that this office offers. In addition to learning about Campus Health, staff members will also go over some best mental health practices so students learn how to develop new skills to improve their mental health and overall well-being.

Pizza will be provided to attendees.
