Treat yourself and stretch outdoors. The all-levels yoga class will focus on mindful movement, meditation, stretching and relaxation. After class, all participants are invited to build their own S’more with a perfectly roasted marshmallow from our firepits. Meet new people and learn about more opportunities to get involved with Outdoor Adventures and Fitness & Wellness. Yoga will be held in Diboll from 4-5 p.m. followed by s'mores on Brown Field at 5:00 p.m.
Join us on a trip to Uptown Climbing gym in Baton Rouge! They have bouldering, auto belays, and top rope, which means lots of options for whatever type of climbing you prefer. This is the closest gym to New Orleans for rope climbing! Transportation, rental gear, and professional instruction are included in the cost of this trip.
