Popsicles & Pilates Study Break - Canceled due to weather

This stress busting study break will teach you techniques to let go of tension, build body awareness, and clear your mind. Afterward we will enjoy popsicles and popcorn snacks. This is an all-levels class and beginners are welcomed and encouraged! Bring a yoga mat or towel for class. Class is weather dependent-please check website and/or TU Rec app for updates.

Punt, Pass, Kick, and Dash Challenge

Show off your football skills with this Punt, Pass, Kick, and Dash Intramural Challenge. Ball out with elements designed to test your speed, skill, power, and accuracy. Melonball Tournament

Grab a friend and join Intramural Sports for this hilarious hybrid of volleyball and four-square where the ball has to bounce between each time it’s touched! Tournament play and drop-by recreational play will both be available! Register in advance at imleagues.com/Tulane.

BodyPump Launch Party

Join us at the Body Pump™ Launch Party for a fun workout with great results and a chance to win some prizes!  Body Pump™ improves muscle conditioning and body toning for all levels of fitness.  The Launch Party is a great opportunity to ask questions or learn new techniques.

Tennis Tournament

Acro Yoga

Try a creative and acrobatic variety of yoga. Develop concentration, build trust, and challenge your core in this beginner friendly class. Whether you want to build relationships or meet new friends, this 2-hour session will provide the space and support you need. Groups of 3 will be partnered up to support & spot each other throughout this class!  Registration is free but limited. Register in advance to reserve your spot

Big Pink Volleyball Tournament

Grab your friends and join this fun one-day tournament played with a giant pink volleyball!  Big Pink Volleyball is great for all skill levels and abilities! Register by Friday, January 28th at imleagues.com/Tulane.

Yoga & S'mores

Treat yourself and stretch outdoors. The all-levels yoga class will focus on mindful movement, meditation, stretching and relaxation.  After class, all participants are invited to build their own S’more with a perfectly roasted marshmallow from our firepits.  Meet new people and learn about more opportunities to get involved with Outdoor Adventures and Fitness & Wellness.  All participants must bring a yoga mat or towel for class.
