Strengthing Mat Pilates for Body Respect Week

Join us to celebrate body-inclusivity at the strengthening mat Pilates group exercise class this week from 12-12:45. Campus Recreation and The Well for Health Promotion are teaming up to celebrate body respect week. This class will be based on the foundations of barre and pilates, set to beat-based music. Feel free to bring friends and an open mind to the classes to celebrate yourself and others!

confiDANCE Party

Be bold and take up space in the confiDANCE party, a movement experience to celebrate all bodies during body respect week. Campus Recreation and The Well for Health Promotion are teaming up and invite you to celebrate bodies through movement in this special edition of cardio dance party. Taking place November 7 -11th, Body Respect Week will bring the Tulane community comprehensive, queer-inclusive, culturally specific, body-positive health events.

Glutes Galore Fitness Training Workshop

This new 2-hour fitness workshop, hosted by our Tulane Personal Training staff, will cover ALL things GLUTES! This workshop includes learning the general anatomy of glute muscles as well as provide a comprehensive guide to the most effective exercises for men and women to build a stronger lower body overall.

First-Year Fit - Registration

Are you someone who is new to Tulane and looking for a group of friends to workout with while at Reily? Join our First-Year Fit training program that provides you with the opportunity to meet other fitness minded individuals looking to adopt new and fun ways to work out! This small group training opportunity is intended for first year students to get acquainted with our personal training program, as well as meet other first year students interested in learning about the extended benefits of physical activity through this comprehensive training series.
