As the name suggests, this will be a Fall Welcome event thrown by multiple multicultural organizations on campus. We will have food, music, Kahoots and more to introduce incoming freshman (and re-introduce upper classmen) to the multicultural groups at Tulane. The goal is to show the unity amongst the people of color here on campus, as well as show the individual cultural orgs that students can go to for support. 

IATU's annual Diwali is the perfect fun-filled event open to all Tulane students to come together and celebrate the festival of Diwali with performances, food, music, and a dance floor. Diwali will be hosted at a hotel venue, with a DJ for music, food from a vendor, tables for dining, and decorations for the event. 

Come take a break from finals and studying with IATU! There will snacks, beverages and good conversation :)

A fun Indian festival of colors taking place on the LBC Quad! We will have music playing as everyone plays with a vivid display of color!

Collab Event with MSA and IATU where students get to hang out, chat, and get henna tattoos. 

A selected Bollywood movie will play while mango lassi is provided. There would be a cost for entry to the event will be from $5. All proceeds will go to either Bringing Smiles or Akshay Patra.

Providing Rimmon indoors for a little social. Keep the number of people below the allotted amount to follow guidelines. Everyone wears masks unless eating. Food can be catered by LBC. Limit guest number by sending out sign up sheet & making it first come first serve.

Updated: We will be hosting a spicy pani puri eating contest. This will take place in Greenbaium's Demonstration Kitchen.
