This is the 2022 Tulane Med Gala, formerly Med Prom. It is a celebration of all classes and is used to build relationships among classmates not only within your respective year but also engage with peers from other class levels. The event is a head-shaving fundraiser that benefits St. Baldrick’s Foundation. The event includes head-shaving, a silent auction, raffle and honored speakers. All the money raised will go to the St. Baldrick's Foundation, a national non-profit that is committed to supporting research to find cures for childhood cancers.
A block party at Bayou Beer Garden to celebrate the end of Head and Neck block and SHELF exams. This event also allows bonding between classmates.
Take Art to Heart is an annual fundraising concert held by MedArt and Music and Medicine of the Tulane School of Medicine! 100% of the proceeds will be going toward KidsmART, which supports arts education in New Orleans schools. We will be featuring bands from T1-T4 years and this event will serve as an opportunity for students to express themselves while also supporting New Orleans education efforts.
