Kevin Morris will lead a discussion on consciousness and materialism.

Evan Jack will lead a discussion on topics in metaethics.

Sam Hage, a PhD student in the philosophy, will discuss some of the "Parmenidean fragments" and their significance for our understanding of Ancient philosophy.

Learn about the ethics of Eastern philosophies like  through a reading of some of the texts of these philosophies. We will be providing Canes for those in attendance.

Geoffrey Weiss, a PhD student in the philosophy department, will be leading a discussion on whether certain actions are not only wrong to perform, but wrong to even consider.
