Shifting the Paradigm: Chanel Miller

The 7th Annual Shifting the Paradigm is an opportunity for the Tulane community to come together to learn about the impact of sexual violence on our campus and communities. This year's event will feature a reading from Chanel Miller, author of Know My Name, followed by a conversation on empowerment, storytelling, and healing in the context of sexual violence.  All members of the Tulane community are invited to join us for this important conversation!  

Study Break: Stuff An Alex

Come enjoy FREE coffee and snacks while also making a Build a Stuff Alex. Alex is the Campus Health Mascot, and they want to make sure you are taking time to recharge during finals week. There will be grab n go stress kits available too. We hope to see you there from 3-5 PM at Pederson Lobby!

Join The Well for Health Promotion and Campus Recreation for some down time during the last few weeks of the Fall semester. We will have massages on a first come first serve basis, snacks, and other health and well-being resources available for Tulane students.

Location: Mind/Body Studio in Diboll

Led by Liz Z. Held in our Mind/Body studio on Friday Evenings from 6pm-7pm. Join our blended practice that connects the body and mind through breath work, a movement-based flow, and invites self-reflection and mindfulness. Open to all, this class focuses on restorative practices, self-care, and supports balance and recovery from problematic behaviors and relationships. A great way to decompress from the week. All mats/equipment provided if needed.
