Body Respect Week

Body Respect Week is November 8th-12th! Body Respect Week is an invitation to take part in conversations about bodies—conversations that aim to nourish and celebrate who we are and who we can become, inclusive of every way we show up in the world. We hope that Body Respect Week helps you think about how your body—just as it is—has shown up for you and has helped you survive in this world.

We invite you to join us in reclaiming respect for your body, which is your birthright. Check Wavesync for more details about this week!

Embodied Sexuality

When is the last time that you made time and space to fully be present in your body and sexuality? Join Dr. Flint to learn what it means to be fully present in your body. In this workshop we will be discussing the meaning of embodiment, dive into a guided sexual embodiment practice, and a releasing ritual. By the time you leave this workshop you will have reflected on what it means to really embody your sexuality, radically and authentically.
