Join us for a retreat to focus on mind, body, and soul! We will have featured guest speakers, yoga, massage therapists, makeup tutorials, workshops, and more. You do not have to be a participant of My Sister's Keeper to participate in the retreat. This program is open to any student who identifies as a BIPOC woman.

The 7th Annual Shifting the Paradigm is an opportunity for the Tulane community to come together to learn about the impact of sexual violence on our campus and communities. This year's event will feature a reading from Chanel Miller, author of Know My Name, followed by a conversation on empowerment, storytelling, and healing in the context of sexual violence. All members of the Tulane community are invited to join us for this important conversation!
Please join the Title IX office and the Division of Student Affairs for part one of Shifting the Paradigm 2021: By the Numbers, a deeper look at sexual misconduct data. Julia Broussard, Interim Assistant Provost for Title IX, will share campus sexual misconduct reporting data from the past academic year, followed by an update from Dr. Scott Tims, Assistant Vice President for Campus Health, on Tulane's All In plan. The second half of the event will feature a talk on sexual misconduct climate surveys from Dr.
Shifting the Narrative: Shifting the Paradigm 2020—A Conversation on Sexual Violence and Supporting Students of Color
The 5th Annual Shifting the Paradigm is an opportunity for Tulanians to come together to learn about the impact of sexual violence on our campus and communities. Meredith Smith, Assistant Provost for Title IX and Clery Compliance, will share campus sexual misconduct data from the past year, and Dr. Dan Tillapaugh will provide a keynote address. Dr.
The Department of Education has proposed significant changes to Title IX regulations, which affect how campuses respond to incidents of sexual harassment and violence. These proposed regulations are now in a 60-day public comment period. The Title IX Office invites students to drop in to learn more about the proposed regulations and how to write an effective comment. Volunteer law student mentors will be available to give advice on legal writing, editing, and honing arguments.
