Massage Monday

Join The Well for Health Promotion and Campus Recreation for some down time during the last few weeks of the Fall semester. We will have massages on a first come first serve basis, snacks, and other health and well-being resources available for Tulane students. 

Cardio Dance Party

Join Campus Recreation and the Well for Health Promotion for a fun and supportive cardio dance party!  This mindful movement event will showcase dance instructors from Zumba and Vixen to celebrate Body Respect Week and Homecoming. The event is open to students, parents, alumni, friends and family.  All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.  A prize raffle will be held for participants who stay through the event.  

Cardio Dance Party

The purpose of Cardio Dance party is to provide a fun and supportive space to exercise and have fun. This party will showcase instructors from dance formats: Zumba and Vixen! All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged to attend! There will also be an opportunity drawing for participants who stay until the end! This is to acknowledge our designated Mindful Movement Day of Body Respect Week!

Free Weight Room Orientation & Fitness Assessment

Build your confidence in navigating the Weight Room and Functional Fitness space at the Reily Student Recreation Center.  This fitness space orientation will familiarize you with strength equipment and provide you with the general knowledge you need to get a full-body workout. 

The Fitness Assessment includes a body composition analysis, as well as a heart rate, flexibility, and strength evaluation.  Plus, meet Campus Recreation Personal Trainers and talk to a trainer about setting healthy goals!
